Today, Samsung is premiering the next chapter of its recently announced collaboration with Sony Pictures’ “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.” The film is set to be released exclusively in theaters on July 31.
Directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker, Marvel alum, and acclaimed production designer Kasra Farahani, the new campaign video showcases Spider-Man as he fights crime and puts his phone through the wear and tear of superhero life. In the spot, the Fabricator creates a number of devices for Spider-Man built to stand up to the pace and unpredictability of life behind the mask. The teaser hints at what's to come from Samsung Galaxy’s next chapter while Ned Leeds uses Spidey Tracker to stay on Spider-Man's trail. Spider-Man fans should also keep an eye out for a range of exciting Easter eggs hidden throughout the teaser.
